Our client is a leader in the production of sustainable natural rubber (NR) in Indonesia. They already operate 20.000 hectares of rubber plantations in Central Sumatra and East Kalimantan as well as a modern NR processing mill located in Samarinda.

Our client looks for motivated talents willing to join the team and contribute to the development of their ambitious project.

Several positions are open in their mill ranging from Lap Manager to Quality Control Manager.

Expected qualifications
• Good leadership skills and a solid quality background in rubber processing mills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the sector
• Master or Bachelor Degree in Chemical engineering or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Boots on the ground, initiative, autonomy and ready to work in remote locations.
• A team player loyal to Group values, result and CSR oriented

Working location : Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
